Medical Malpractice ain’t no game
And often the Plaintiff is to blame
He drags the Defendant into court
“Who cares if I have a frivolous lawsuit?”
“This IS TORT!”
That’s not good
And that’s not nice
Defendants ought to be treated better then mice!
The loser-pays system Yo! It solves for that all!
